Identification and contact details, booking data, invoicing/payment data (tokenised where applicable), stay preferences, communications.

Performance of a contract and pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest and/or consent.

Recipients
Booking platforms (where applicable), necessary service providers (cleaning, maintenance, software/PMS, payment gateways) under a data processing agreement, public authorities/Law Enforcement Agencies as required by law, tax/accounting advisers and financial institutions.
